If the doctor has agreed for you to have a repeat prescription, you may request repeat medication
- in writing
- at reception
- by post (with a stamped addressed envelope)
- by fax
- through your nominated pharmacy
- using your online access account (NHS App, Patient Access or other providers)
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT TAKE ORDERS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE.
Please allow at least 48 working hours for us to process your request if dropped into the prescription box before 1pm. Otherwise it will be processed the next day.
If you would like to order your medication online please print and complete the registration request form below and bring it with your photo ID to the reception desk. Access will be confirmed within a few days via text. If you are a new patient this may take a little longer.

Electronic Prescription Service
We now use the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) which allows us to send your prescription directly to your nominated pharmacy so that you do not have to visit the practice to collect and take to your chemist yourself. The vast majority of our prescription requests are managed in this way.
Please make sure we have your nominated pharmacy on your records.

Repeat Dispensing Service
If you are stable on your medications you may be able to pick them up direct from the pharmacy who will receive your prescription on a six monthly basis.
You will still have to have a yearly medication review.
Eligible patients will be informed about this.
