Musculoskeletal Direct is an online questionnaire designed to help you receive the right care at the right time for problems such as back, neck and joint pain.
You can use Musculoskeletal Direct if:
- are 18 or over
- are registered with a City & Hackney GP Practice
- have a musculoskeletal problem
Musculoskeletal Direct will recommend an NHS service for you based on your answers. At the end of the questionnaire you will be given information on what to do next. Potential outcomes include:
- Referral to Physiotherapy
- Advice to call NHS 111 or attend A&E
- Advice to book a GP or FCP appointment
