- give you self-care advice
- connect you to a nurse, emergency dentist or GP
- book you a face-to-face appointment
- send an ambulance directly, if necessary
- direct you to the local service that can help you best with your concern

Feedback & Complaints
Please only use this form for comments about the practice and suggestions as to how we can improve our service to you. Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. We welcome feedback as a positive way of improving this service.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
Simply ask to speak to a member of the management team on 020 8036 6388 and they will set all the necessary wheels in motion. Further written information is available on the complaints procedure from reception, or a copy of this can be found below.
We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.
All GP Practices in City and Hackney have agreed to Hackney’s Health and Social Care Complaints Charter, which aims to make health care better for everyone. This outlines how you can ensure your experiences lead to better services at your GP Practice.
